Emergency and Crisis Services

In cases of emergency, call 911 and ask for an ambulance. Calling 911 is the only emergency service that can give you immediate care.

Crisis Services

  • Crisis lines are available to provide mental health support, but they are not to be confused with emergency services. During times of acute distress, such as when suicidal, you can reach out to crisis helplines or utilize online mental health support services, such as chat platforms or forums. For crisis lines and services in your province, visit our map.
